2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following categories: Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, meat, dairy), Customized or special-order items, Opened or used food items, oils, or consumables, Machinery or equipment once installed or used, Scrap materials, and chemical products.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or partial/full refund based on the situation.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the goods are received and inspected, we will initiate your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect delivery. Please use a reliable courier and provide us with the tracking number.
